Excellent product works well and very little sound

Product is good and delivery is also fast but installation and demo is very very late and customer care is not proper responding

The washing machine, is sitting in my living room for the last 8 days, I am getting calls every day, asking me if I need Installation and demo! Every time is get this call, it makes me so mad, I don't even understand what to say to these guys!!!
The machine I originally ordered, was returned and a replacement was given to me, the first time the demo was given, the guy only knew how to start the machine, thats it. Had know Idea how it functions, or how to use it.
Don't know what to do with it ...

Washing machine good and low price

Liked:
- Decent washing quality
- water usage
- build quality
- less vibration
- Price for the product (Until I see there is one from IFB with same range with better feature)
- Installation on same day
- safe and smooth Delivery

Expected :
- Program memory backup (one reason to give 4)

Disliked:
- Takes much time for "mixed" cloth washing option - around 2.5 hr
- Installation guy almost forcing to take the accessories and he did not give any bills for it.

It makes sound it's not silent as others comment,it vibrates and make sound like other machines during ending sections

Have been using it for some time now, it has been a great experience with my first front-load.
