THIS IS AN EXCELLENT FRONT LOADING MACHINE WITH MANY WASHING OPTIONS AND THE MACHINE IS VERY SILENT.

Lg product is good but on flipkart it's costly. And vendor charges for everything (hidden) like stand, cover, installation etc....

Met expectation on delivery, and delighted by the advancement​ of installation. Both were done by trained and humbled staff. FC should keep this up n continue improvement in there delivery and service.

I had received damage and very old product from flipkart.LG hands up for looking due to very old product.They aren't given warranty for this .Flipkart also unable to help .I am helpless after purchase this washing machine

The delivery was to be given in 7 days but qas given in me than 35 days. You can see clearly hota the service of flipkart is degrading. And when i used to call customer care they used to completely shred of those responsibility

Flipkart never help you after sell, they simply say there is no offer, i can't able to help you

Delivery on time but your door step only and they never help you to move a single feet

Installation worst they deal as very rude and he also never help you to move the machine and simply switch on the machine and move away

I was using a IFB 5.5 KG Front Load Fully automatic machine for last 7 years. When I compare this LG machine to the previous one, I must say there is a huge improvement in terms of overall build and washing quality. But I must acknowledge that there are technological advances in those 7 years and of course today's machine are supposed to perform better. Having said that what I really liked about this machine are -
