Nice product,value for money,only there was some delivery issue

everything is excellent,but the exchange policy is a taut,as they need old products in new condition to be exchanged,is someone a fool to exchange his running condition items

Product & cost wise it's an awesome deal... Only I faced temporary issue with Delivery Boy. I have ordered the device with exchange option and my old washing machine is in very good condition... Motor and all options are working fine and no scratches at all... Still he denies to take it and asked to pay 1200/- stating no exchange offer. I have asked to take back the product and cancel my order as I am not interested to take the product without exchange.. Then he agreed to take the old product...

Best product but no one has ever come for installation. Flipkart shouldn't mention free installation.

but I didn't like the exchange offer procedure followed by terms and conditions by flipkart.

very disappointed with the procedure.

would think 10 times before going for next purchase of any product.
