When it comes to machine it's very good but installation guy came and charged another 4k for hard water filter stand cover and Xtra pipes

The product is really good. Installation was also done on the very next day. However was not happy with the spares provided such as the water and exhaust pipes. They were quite short.
The product has a touch pad with silver diamond drum. Gives excellent wash. Very silent.
Only time will prove how durable the product is
