Did not meet expectations
1 star for product, frequently it shows the High voltage error ACHi , this means the machine stops suddenly, you have to install the IFB stabilizer seperately which costs you ₹4,400 .It's a trick from the IFB company to market their stabilizers.

Very disappointed with Flipkart Exchange service... experienced it twice within two weeks...i have been using a washing machine for more than 10 years and they expect it to be untouched like a fresh piece with no scratches... they dont even see if it is working or not...there are scratches so we cannot accept your product... bye...thank you!!! Very Pathetic from FK this...

very good machine and performance is very well........
but IFB additional accessories costs are too high like a trolley, ifb liquid,machine cover. another company accessories are to lower costs then ifb any way the the Washing machine working very well......and cloths cleaning are good....

Good
Dust gets settled in the clothes even though we are using liquid detergents. We are regularly cleaning the dust filter as well. It becomes no use when you still have the dust settled on your clothes after washing. IFB service is fully money minded and they stress on using their own products.

Very Good
The washing machine stopped working within 6 months and I had get to the part replaced. Along with the free service I was asked to keep an extra filter for water. The cover I bought from IFB for my machine is not worth the money, its literally waste of money.
The machine shows 57 mins for washing, but takes 2 hours to complete it even if the water flow is good and cloths are under the given specs.
