Hated it!
Machine is not working as good. They delivered a worst product. Even the demo and installation processes were not completed. The demo installation boy called me on next day of product delivered. So I asked him to come for demo process on next week. He said ok. But he didn't come. Later I do aware of machine is not working. So applied return request. Still its processing. (I had ordered this product on Oct 6. And applied return request on oct 23.) Now I'm feel like technology sucks me. Better ...

Decent product
Product was good but service is very poor. No matter how many times request was raised for servicing or some repair, IFB never bothers and close your request with in a week without any resolution.

I had a great and satisfactory experience with IFB fully auto top load washing machine.
It's really amazing. IFB and FLIPKART both are the best companies among their rivals.

Product is good so far.... Rating is 4 star only because of flipkart delivery else would have given 5....
Got the machine on exchange with 6.5 kg whirlpool fully automatic top load machine.... The pickup guy was so hesitant in taking the old machine that we had to literally fight for it... My old machine was fully functional and he was reluctant just because it had a crack in the back plastic cover of engine protector....
