Disgusting battery and acer customer support
Main issues
1. Battery - My original battery stopped working after 3 years of use. The product although seems good but its not as great as it seems with specs.
2. After sales service. Services are not provided once the product is out of warranty. I asked for battery from customer service, they were overcharging for the price of battery and also they were taking 3-4 weeks to get its battery. Overall a bad experience.

Value-for-money
At times the colling system is problematic; the laptop worked fine apart from it. Acer service can be a little tedious, which is required to a significant amount of time given the laptop specs and design.

GUYS, DONT YOU DARE BUY THIS PC.. IF YOU BUY THIS PC YOU WILL HAVE A GPU 0% Problem that means IT WILL FREEZE FOR A SPLIT SECOND WHILE GAMING.! JUST.. BELIEVE ME.. BUY THE NEWER MODELS.. THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO FOR THIS LAPTOP. THIS MODEL IS TRASH. JUST IGNORE ACER!

Useless product
worst customer care.. they only care if u have warranty..and the laptop is too fragile ..the display is just a thin film slight pressure on it it's gonna break.. if you only want decent performance then go for it (do mind the temps get bad while gaming you are gonna have to undervolt ur cpu)

Battery and charging issues
The product doesn't last long. works very well for a year and hen you face issues with the hardware and charger after the warranty period is over. three of my friends got the same laptop and faced a similar issue, please think of long term use and buy a better laptop.

Fabulous!
Only the audio quality is poor , other than that it is the best laptop for gaming , I can say it as a beast . The speed is so good , there is no lag while playing games , processing speed is so good , Flipkart packed the laptop safely and delivered within a day . Just go for it....
