Everything is great about this product accept charging
Everything is great about this product accept charging. Takes a while to get it fully charged. Also the charging port in not a universal port so cannot use other apple charger. Otherwise it has all the benefits of a great Apple product. Have been using this for more than a year. Great for reading books and research papers (unlike Kindle). I just wish it had more disk space.

Did not meet expectations
Screen conked off after a year, just past the warranty. Device boots up but screen completely blank. Apple support tells me that mother board is gone and replacement is 20k.
