If you are a student and looking for a best budgeted Tablet then it is the best option.
It's been more then a month I am using it , on an average 3-4 hours a day for taking notes and normal video editing and it is working very smoothly.

1. Feels smooth ui experience no doubt, NOT LIKE like other tabs which they only gives feeling of streched phone
2. Well optimised apps specially made for iPad
3. Apple literally squeeze and make use of every single hardware so don't go on small RAM size, it is well optimised
4.Great for those who prefer note taking
