Classy product
This has only been 2 days but what I could say with this brief experience is that it's robust and dependable.
Nothing of a gimmick. What's given works absolutely well.
Although Samsung should try to include drain pump in the package.
As for the delivery, the delivery was safe and the installation was done the very next day.

For the price Samsung is asking this is the one to get, instead of the cheaper 13K Monsoon feature model -

1. Sturdy Construction - Body, Control Panel and Tub.
2. Control Panel on top of body, so that while taking out clothes there is less chance of wetting the buttons, leading to short-circuits on longer run. Believe me I have replaced twice, the entire control panel in earlier washing machine.

Writing after a month of usage. Purchased for parent.ust say, it was easy to make them understand about the feature and sequence of switches to be used. Usage a bit more water, however they are happy with the cleaning of clothes.
Seems like a decent purchase. It will all depend upon the durability of the product. Hoping it turns out to be long.
