Hi, Purchased this machine very recently in may-15 and found it consuming 3kw instead of 2kw as per manual. It is working fine and performing well. If you like to bye this machine plane for VX it will save 2500 bugs. VX and SX are same in performance and cost is difference is only for color (white or Gray) think before you place an order.

Flipkart Experience - Ordered it on 9th May and scheduled the delivery on 14th May between 6 and 10 PM. Delivered at 6:05 PM. Received the installation request message at 6:15 PM and with in 24 hrs, IFB representative called me and everything done seamlessly !!!. Great Commitment and perfect execution !!!

IFB Experience - Response was quick. But as many users wrote, the representative trying to sell the accessories and I resisted everything and he left with a sad face. This needs to be taken...

I am satisfied with the product delivery from flipkart....Do not buy IFB liquid (for washing cloths) by IFB person who come for installation, its not at all good...

Bought this machine through Flipkart as I was getting a good deal. I must say Flipkart's service has been top notch. Prompt delivery within 2 days and then the IFB guy came for installation the very next day. I was using an IFB fully automatic for last 15 years without any issue and thus there was never a doubt when I was buying an IFB again now. Its still early days for me with this new machine and I'll update this review in a few days with more details around the functioning of the machine.

Excellent product and good service. The product was delivered as promised and the delivery guys carried them to the first floor and also placed it at my place.
Installation was easy as well.

I bought this from IFB shop here at kota, not from flipkart , at first i was little skeptical abt IFB machines, but it was good buy , the demo man gave full demo , it has very gud features, just turn it on and dont have to worry,

About the Product:- Product is good. Doing gr8 job in washing. Happy with Product i got for Flipkart on good price after discount.

About Flipkart Delivery: feature "Preferred Time Delivery“ don't exist at all. No meaning of selecting this and then feel happy, that you will get your product on this time. It will be delivered whenever eKart person feel durning the day.

This feature should be removed from Flipkart site if they are not able to delivery on committed time.

Flipkart Delivery:
1) I could schedule delivery slot as per my convenience. On the delivery day, I received SMS from flipkart informing me the name and cell # of the delivery boy. Machine was delivered on time.
2) Within 40 hrs IFB technician was at my home and he unpacked the machine. Machine received with dead cockroach in it and adapter for water pipe was missing. I gave my old washing machines adapter to IFB installation person. That is the reason 1 star less.
3) IFB technician did not ...

I m a first time washing machine owner. My top priority was that the clothes should get washed perfectly. So I don't care about power consumption, water consumption, time it takes, cost etc... I mean these things matter but I want really clean clothes, period

My research said that quality of wash is definitely best in a front loading washing machine by a huge margin when compared to a top loading one. And it was clearly seen that these were much more expensive
