When I wanted to purchase the IFB washing machine from flipkart, I was told that warranty is not applicable and the demo will take lot of time. But, to my surprise, I got a call from IFB Customer service before the delivery of the machine and warranty is not an issue. Excellent service by Flipkart

Product was delivered the second day itself and in good condition.
Also got Rs. 3000/- discount for my 10yr old Samsung Top Loading washing machine in working condition. It was cool to get the old washing machine replaced with the bran new one without any hassle. Washing machine works absolutely fine. Also, flipkart created a request with IFB for demo and installation of washing machine.

Overall a good product.

Using IFB for years. recently upgraded to senorita. its great as ever. with Flipkart exchange offer, things are much easier.

I bought this with 1000 EGV. EGV not received after 22 days. They mentioned within 40 days I will get it. Means, one fine day they will increase 1000 INR. Then they will distribute 1000EGV

I purchased this product on Sunday and Flipkart given delivery date was Tuesday and i am given option to choose the delivery timing, which I choose between 10AM to 12. Theydelivered by 10:30 AM. This is fantastic... Also Flipkart took care of informing IFB and IFB people came just in 1 day and installed Washing machine with Demo.

The 3 stars are for price, the product itself and ease of ordering it online.

I wasn't satisfied with the delivery and setup experience. The guy who delivered expected tips (paid Rs. 150/-) and wasn't professional at all. The washing machine wasn't assembled properly before shipping. I had to remove and refit some screws to fix it myself. I installed the washing machine myself because the company that does servicing for IFB (outsourced by IFB) came one week after delivery.

First i would like to say thanks to Flipkart for the delivery as promised on Million day even the order which i have booked as cancelled by system error. I got product with the same amount and as per schedule.

Product got delivered in good condition and after delivery Flipkart has made a follow up for demo of product and installation.
