Aapan Sare Arjun (Marathi, Paperback, V.P.KALE)
Aapan Sare Arjun is a popular book by Vasant Purushottam Kale that attempts to answer some of the complex questions about life.
Summary Of The Book
Aapan Sare Arjun seems to look into the very depths of human emotion and ambition. It seeks to highlight these aspects of human life, and addresses questions that every individual might have asked themselves at some point of time in their lives. The author begins by addressing questions about the unhappiness of human beings. He goes on to wonder as to why human beings cannot be happy even when they live as families.
Kale wonders why human life is not as beautiful and harmonious as it was originally intended to be. He pauses to reflect on the fact that life on earth will continue even after the life, and death of any particular individual. He says that nothing can really change that fact as it is the way life must go on.
He then elaborates on the fact that everyone lives for only a few years during which they must take on various roles, which have already been allotted to them beforehand. The author then reflects on how no one is aware of his or her roles until the time the roles are actually supposed to be taken on.
He then illustrates as to what he thinks a person’s role can be, such as a slow learner, a lame person, and the like. Kale then ponders on the existence of lust, hypocrisy, and other such vices as well. The question that resounds through the book is about the failure of man in making his own life beautiful. The author wonders why man is unable to fill his life with colors.
