As far as I'm concerned, I bought this book couple of months ago. I think targeted audience are *certainly not the beginners* but people who have done some programming in other languages and do not know C++. Presentation/explanation of concepts are very lucid. Information density of this book is quite high and I would certainly not recommend anyone to skip any paragraph. I believe that no other C++ book manages to convey as much information per page as this one does.
This is a normal book ,nothing special .u can say it is a shorthand guide for quick review .We can try this book in the last moment or few days before the interview . It claims to have lot of example but I donot find so .
