Dr. Ritesh Srivastava, M. com, MBA, PhD. has 26 years of teaching & research experience in the fields of accounting & finance. Dr. Srivastava taught post- Graduate management students, CA, CS, CMA, CFA students too. He has guided MPhil, and PhD. Students & now he is also a internal examiner for many courses & PhD students by different universities. He has written more than 150 research papers and 5 books. He has been awarded as best researcher, best finance faculty & Best mentor by different management institutions of Delhi NCR & Rajasthan. He is on the editorial board of more than 15 journals. He has presented more than 90 papers in National & International conferences. This book has been written by me in the pond memory of my parent Sri Ashok kumar Srivastava and Smt Neelam Srivastava.
