After completion of warranty with in 5days my laptop repaired. And os software DVD not support. It is showing 2008 model in Acer website, but I received 2018.

The laptop stopped working just one week after the warranty expired.

After 8 month display goes to white color. Repeatedly

The hard disk crashed within one year from purchase. Acer did not resolve the issue within warranty period. Service centre personnel suggested replacing the defective internal HDD at my cost. Service from Acer is pathetic. Rather choose HP laptops.

I took this before 9mnths
but I have been facing problems like hang, automatic shut down issues and in its mother board from the starting of purchased

I DNT WANT TO GIVE EVEN ONE RATING, I complained against it many time
I sent many mails
but still i'm facing same problmes
service center just doing formalities
please don't buy this company's product

they ARE MAKING FOOL BY SELLING THESE CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCT...….

very poor performace. extremely slow laptop. i have very few programs installed and this laptop runs slower than my core 2 dua laptop. keys are very poor quality. it does not feel easy working with the keys. display is also not good. the build quality is very cheap and not long lasting
