Perfect product!
Best laptop in 20000 slot.
I would like to mention that pc is much more responsive than AMDs Apu series..
.
I also bought hp 15BG003au but is is actualy only half of it in terms of performance and cost me ...high also .

Best in the market!
It's a decent machine for under 20,000. The only problem is with the USB busses. It's way too small that you can't work your USB devices in no matter how hard you push in. Same goes with the SD Card slot. But the USB 4.0 slot works fine so i'm happy with it. The pre installed Linux's Endless OS took way too much to booth up, but since i installed Windows 10 it's as merry as a kid's eye on toy store.

In that range it's good bt windows 10 will not support for this device still it is for an windows 7 n that laptop dose not use for big game's like any 2017 or 18 games or upcoming game

Worth the money
It's RAM is not expandable... ram is fixed 4gb... there's no extra slot for additional RAM. otherwise it's performance is satisfactory. everything is working good.
