Very poor
cons:
1. worst battery back up. max 2 hours
2. immediately after unplugging from the charger charge is reducing to 97% within a second
3. Booting up is taking 20 minutes
4. Laptop is too slow
5. charging from 95-100% takes 30 minutes
6. Acer is using a tool called ADS to detect issues but none of the above mentioned parameters gets detected in it
7. No replacement or refund as ADS is not detecting the issue
8. Laptop is getting hanged when opening Mcafee
9. Worst customer service.
