    Did not meet expectations

    Laptop was having manufacturing defect from very first day, and informed accordingly to flip kart,and same agreed by Acer technicianin his visit . Replacement of laptop took 12 days after vigorous follow up at Acer service center and with flip kart. At one point of time non of them Acer & Flip kart was not taking ownership for the defect or replacement inspite product was flipkart assured product.

    Useless product

    Very bad experience. I received laptop on 22/04/2017. After 12 days it's not working. As it is after 10 days I could not return. I contacted Acer service centre. Their response also bad. I suspect whether the defective items are sold ONLINE.
