Ordered this product on 6 october 2016, was delivered before time by flipkart, initially product seemed good but when I connected charger , I came to know that product wasn't charging. Made complaint to flipkart, they assisted with acer , after lot many efforts product was accepted for replacement as the original product delivered had issue with motherboard, finally replacement got delivered on 18 october 2016. Good services by flipkart but bad experience due to product.

Returned the product as it has no optical drive although it has been given in its specification. Many many thanks to team Flipkart for the fast pickup and instatanous refund of the money in my account.

Wrong description. There is no CD/DVD writer in laptop. Hence not yet used, looking for exchange or return.

In the flipkart specification there is showing that the DVD WRITER is available...but there is no disk drive.Also flipkart is showing that the battery is 3 cell...but i found in the laptop specification that it is 2 cell. I dont know it maybe possible that there are also so many problems will come in this laptop after checking the all things(because i have just received it).It's a total fraud activity by the seller/flipkart......
