This monitor does all that what they claim. A decent sized monitor with low power consumption. I ordered this monitor because I have an acer aspire laptop, the thing has fallen from tables tens of times and has survived four years of roughest usage.

Anyways, the monitor looks good enough. Picture quality is good.
It is for those users who want a bigger screen to keep more than one windows open at a time.

Go for a Viewsonic or an AOC if you don't like this brand. I have not tried my hands on...

i brought this monitor few days back and the viewing angle is worse and the quality of screen is also worse,i was not at all happy with this monitor,i never saw such a monitor with such less viewing angle in my life,later i upgraded my monitor to samsung and its like charm now ,i was really happy to dispose it off.

I WILL COMPARE OTHER MONTIOR ACER WAS VERY VERY SHARP PIC AND VERY CLEAR PIC YOU DONT BELIVE JUST SEE.AND DIGSN WAS AWSOME BLACK FINISH WITH SMOOTHELY.BSET 20 INCH MONTIOR IN THE FLIPKART YOU DONT BELIVE PLS COMPARE OTHER MONTIOR.

Sold it within few day of purchase.
Had very difficulty in viewing grey boxes where is type in web pages. Unable to get that thin line to see or point the coursor.
Another problem is, it doesnt store the monitor settings, if we had change the color and contrast, after turnoff, it just reset backs.

i bought this and realy get stuck, everything is useles in this cheap monitor, the viewing angle is horrible, also the contrast ratio..

I replace it with samsung s20b300b and it was realy awsum, also the contrast and view angle is jst awsum

Terrible washed out colors. Horrible contrast, and sucks really hard for when you want to read text. Do not buy. Cheaper better options out there. Look for non LED lcd's if possible. The problem with cheap led's is the lack of pure white ones at this price range. Gives a whole new meaning to color saturation :/ Go with a CCFL lit LCD, those are many many times better, grab em when you still can.
