Great product
I personally feel comfortable with the design and speed of the laptop as it was coming in SSD hard drive and also they used two slots with two 4GB rams. it's not fair . if they have provided 8GB ram in one slot then we can able to add additional 8GB ram in another slot . Ms office is not included we are purchasing the branded only as we are not purchasing any renewed one .

Excellent build quality, got all aluminium body ,slim light weight very compact, display quality awesome, you will get core i5 processor with 512gb ssd and 8 gb ram. This proportion works extremely fast. Don’t get confused with Mac air or hp envy because Acer swift 3 rocks

Waste of Money!
The hinges of my laptop started malfunctioning within a year. Now they say that it is not covered under warranty and the repair cost is close to 12K because they have to replace multiple things including camera. Very frustrating experiene. Will never buy Acer laptop again.

Good choice
I had to change the settings of the 'Power', button to,"Do nothing", to avoid accidently pressing it while going for the delete key. I can turn off the laptop using Windows.

Terrible product
It is a completely useless product. the back panel of the screen came off in five months and Acer is saying that its not even covered warranty. battery performance too is not as claimed. It gives a back up of only around three hours. it's an absolute disaster of a laptop.
