Useless product
There are some defects in laptop. Brightness changing automatically and it vibrates on touching body while charging. Touchpad is not fitted correctly, there is some space left under the touchpad due to which it makes tapping/rattling noise.

My new laptop has not even completed 20 days and it started showing problem and after one week it is not even getting power on.
I requested for the replacement but service is really bad. Better go for other brand like HP or Dell as there service is good.

The laptop is good at it price i have brought it at 56k.this laptop has thunderbolt 4,2*usb3.0,HDMI,headphone jack.display is okay not much great,speakers are loud not upto mark,key travel is okay,it comes with intel Evo platform which is great factor,it has instant wakeup when u lift the lid it will instantly wakeup.it comes with windows 11 you have to wait2-5 days for it if u cancel it when u setup it. In buying the laptops the images shown u is some what different compared to original.batt...
