    Bad Battery life and thick laptop 19mm

    After 7 days of buying:
    My Reasons of buying: I wanted thin light laptop, should have great battery life.
    What I got:
    1. This is not thin, this is 19mm thick, could be light weight, but with charger, its not light as well
    2. Heats a lot. It could be because of metal or whatever, but it gets hot
    3. Battery: The backup is 4-5 hours SOT max. with 70% brightness, normal use, balanced mode

    Utterly Disappointed

    Charger stopped working and the laptop outer body is not that much quality. Even for small shake it is denting. Built quality is not up to the mark.

    Decent product

    The display is awesome
    The battery is not up to the mark
    The fan ventilation should have been below as hot air heats up the display.
    The battery section of the laptop is overheating when working while plugged in.

    Does the job

    The warranty service of them is very dull. I am using the laptop from last 5 months and I faced a lot of issue like bluetooth connectivity issue, Camera issue, Bluescreen error and hang and lag problem. It is good only to see and not is actually or for such heavy task
