Comfortable. Grewt cushioning. Using this for regular 5k run. And ran a half marathon in this. Value for money.

Good mid sole.. gives energy return while running but the Balance of the shoe I felt not that good...one shoe fits perfect but the another I feel the feet is slipping in the corner...don't know if it's manufacturing defect or can be solved by changing insole..but overall I can say it's a nice pair.

Insole is not that good not so comfortable they don't have memory foam it feels hard to your foot.... Please add old memory foam or increase the thickness of the insole
