It has been 3 years and I have not faced any difficulty so far. It has had its share of accidents but it offered no problems whatsoever. You can rely on ADATA quality blindfolded. Only one problem, the connecting wire is a little loose and sometimes takes some tweaking around to connect, hence a 4 star rating....

I have been using Adata HDD since 2 years. No problem with storage. But the usb cable is too short which disconnects from my laptop unintentionally.
