This shoe is awesome. Gets a good grip on floor for all the aerobic activities that you feel clumsy doing on a mat and find your feet slipping on the floor. Havent yet seen its efficacy in barefoot running but I guess ADIDAS needs to launch it in a big way and more cost effective. Blue cover makes it look a a bit of a Mystique ( of X Men fame) skin color and a little more sensitive coloring would have been a great hit...but neverthless amazing shoe to do aerobics in
