I bought the shoes about 2 weeks back. Its an excellent shoe for training in the gym or crossfit. It has also been classified as a runners shoes but personally I dont think its suitable for running as it has no cushion, especially at the front sole. Its perfect for training, doing squats, lifts etc. as it has no cushion and it is broad soled and therefore you can get a solid grip on the ground without having to worry about your foot tilting or it being uneven to the side as it normally happen...

lacks a bit of cushion or padding at rear end in case your training involves jumping.
