If the regular shoes size is 10 for example, for this specific shoe fit go for one size more like 11.
These shoes are narrow and people like me with wide feet will feel uncomfortable.
NOT at all flexible. Generally shoes with better comfort and flexible in nature gives more natural
ride during walking or running. These shoes lack this quality. Have hard sole.
