    Best for weightlifting and crossfit i had upgraded from nike metcon 7 if anyone looking for crossfit go for it . It will tick everybox for crossfit shoe . It's much better choice than metcons and nanos . One thing to highlight is that it's best for indian summer weather very good ventilated shoe .
