If you are athlete then by this shoes for your middle distance run grip comfort all of these in shoes but I prefer you to do work on synthetic track road running track but these shoes not able to work properly on grass track okay birthday not completely work like synthtetic track but this is a excellently good I will break my pr on this shoes of my 800 m 2:07 to 1:57 that good
