If you play on cemented and tiled court it slips little bit and if you play on synthetic court it grips is good but you know it's grip will get soon and you play on wooden court then it's grips is fine.
Shock absorbtion is good for those who don't play regular and not too good for daily ballers you feel jerks sometime.
Cushioning is good. You can wear it for full day and can stand for 1:30 hour without feeling any pain.
