it's nice book but too complicated..
if you go through the book you will surely be a master in vector art and digital designing..
it's good for animations too. it preserves the pixels more acurately than previous versions...
the book is all about cs6 total teaching... want to be a expert in vector art just buy it.

Wonderful book, starts teaching from the very basics. This is perfect to help me prepare for the ACE exams. However, this book is published by Pearson VUE, and to reduce the cost, they have reduced the quality of printing. The front and back covers are in colors, but the contents are in b&w. The paper quality is quite normal, standard everyday paper. Nothing special about that. But about the book, I was dissapointed to see it's in black & white, and no colour pictures to evaluate.

Good stuff but will not greatly help as a guide...
