Good choice
This is mat does what it says. It does not slip, nice grip. I use it for home workouts and it does a good job for me. It's 6 ft tall and 2 ft wide. My weight is 50 kg and height is 5"1 it's perfect for me. When this product arrived it had a lot of odour but eventually it went away in 2 days. I wish this product came with a carry bag but overall good experience.

Detailed Review:
Decent mat if you get this under 350 or during sales you can even get it within 300 bucks.
1)- It's EVA (more like normal rubber material), smells initially bad but don't worry it'll go away within 1 week of use if you keep it in ventilated area before and after workout.
2)- I won't say best but it has decent hold on floor surface if you want to perform regular yoga on it (like surya namaskar and some other light stretching exercises as well) but it doesn't have good grip ab...
