This book explains the basic intuition of understanding with perfect ease. The examples provided are well explained and exercises are encouraging. No doubt the best book for GATE and other competitive exams.

Overall it is a good book...
Especially the topic "vector space" is very clear...

And the Flipkart delivery is also appreciable.

For CUSAT(COCHIN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY) syllabus(S3 AND S4) it is one of the best books in Engineering Mathematics...

This is a good book for looking up at formulas and tricks,especially helpful for engineering students not interested in delving deeper into mathematics...however not appropriate for science students.Lots of mistakes and misprints in abstract algebra part.
