Dr. S. Ravi Sankar, Graduated as the best outgoing student from Madras Medical College, did his Masters in BITS Ranchi, and was awarded PH.D., by the Tamilnadu MGR Medical University. He Has worked in various capacities at JSS College of Pharmacy, Ooty, for more than a decade. He is the Recipient of Career Award for young teachers from AICTE. Has credit of several presentations in various national and international conferences and scientific publications in peer reviewed journals Dr. Ravi has worked with various organisations and is currently working as Vice President for Clinical Pharmacokinetics and R&D Centre of Wockardt Pharma. He has hosted several GxP audits of international agencies like FDA, EMA, MHRA, WHO, MoH-Turkey and ANVISA. He has designed and executed several BA/ BE studies on various types of formulations towards successful ANDA filings and approvals. Dr. Ravi has co-authored a chapter on Indian Regulatory requirements for BA/BE studies in "Generic Drug Product Development - International Regulatory Requirements", published by Taylor & Francis Group LLC, USA. He has delivered invited talks on various subjects including bio analytical method validation, harmonization of validation requirements in bio analysis, investigations in bio analysis and related topics in bioequivalence, at various conferences like PBA, APA, BIOBIO and ANALBIOANAL.
