About The Authors

Professor Ajoy Kumar Ray has been associated with several projects that are associated with agencies such as Defense Research & Development Organization.

Apart from this book, he has also written Fuzzy Image Processing and Applications with MATLAB.

He has also been the Principal Investigator of research in the Intel Corporation from 1997 to 2004. Ray was also the Chief Investigator for a Texas Instruments Research project for Breast carcinoma research. He has also co-authored several research texts. Currently, Ray is the Vice Chancellor at Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur.

Dr. K.M Bhurchandi has studied Electronics extensively and received his education from Shri Guru Gobind Singhji College of Engineering and Technology, Maharashtra.

He completed his PhD from Nagpur University in 2004. Currently, Bhurchandi is associated with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering as an Assistant Professor at Shri Ramdeo Baba Kamla Nehru Engineering College. He is known for his notable contribution in the field of microprocessor technology and instrumentation. Bhurchandi has always been interested in its design and architecture and has been associated with various projects concerned in this field.
