Those who are 5 feet and 10 inches or above should go for 78 inches only. You need litle buffer space up and down.
10mm width and 36 inches breath makes it wide and heavy, so its difficult to carry.
Plus its not that easy to load it in the bag.
But if you are strong enough to carry, go for it.
Girls should go for 78*24 if you want to carry.
For Home use 78*36 10 mm is the best.

A Very Good Product With A Very Strong SMELL !
1. The mat is really comfortable. I'm a bit on the heavier side. So knelling down on thinner mats seemed to hurt my knees. But not on this one. It's perfect for those long yoga sessions.
2. It's quite a long and wide mat. I'm 5'10'' tall and have a broad frame (I'm not bragging), still I fit perfectly.
3. Comes with a bag to carry. The bag is not of very high quality material, but still it'll get the job done.
