Do'nt purchase it from flipkart
I received a damaged and defective item. Hence requested for replacement. But after 45 days also, no one came. They send one plastic case for the damaged parts. But that part is also not matching as the bottom part is damaged and they send top part. The customer care people only assure you but they do nothing to sort out the issue and in every contact of yours they will extend the time. Totally hopeless.

Absolutely PATHETIC service by Flipkart and the company
The product was shipped and no shipping info was available. No one at Flipkart was able to tell where it had reached. One fine day they told me it is delayed and will take about10 days to be delivered. All of a sudden the product was delivered the very next day. And its been ONE MONTH since delivery and IT IS NOT YET INSTALLED. EVEN AFTER HUNDREDS OF CALLS TO CUSTOMER CARE AND SPEAKING TO FLIPKART SUPERVISORS, NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. A:Please refer the chart to know what motor is best for your requirements. For Below 70 Kg, CHP(Running): 1.75, CHP(Walking) : 1.75. For 70-90 Kg , CHP(Running): 2, CHP(Walking) : 1.75. For 90-110 Kg, CHP(Running): 25, CHP(Walking) : 2. For Above 110 Kg, CHP(Running): 3, CHP(Walking) : 2.5
For average usage of 4-5 hours per day.
Note: If the usage per day increases to 6-8 hours, choose a motor with power higher by 1 HP
If the usage per day is more than 8 hours, choose a motor with power higher by 2 HP

Q:How to measure your stride length?
A:You'll need: Two pens, calculator and a tape measure
Follow these steps:
Place one pen on the floor as your starting line.? Hold the other pen in your hand.? Place both of your heels so they are touching your starting line (your pen) and walk 10 steps,? Bring your feet together on the 10th step and place the second pen behind your heels.? Step away and grab your tape measure. Measure the distance between the two pens.? Using your calculator divide the distance by 10. That figure is your stride length.??You can use your heels or toes to measure step length as shown in the diagram above.
Example: Total distance between the two pens is 658 cm.
Divide 658 (cm) by 10 (steps) = 65.8 (cm)=Your average step length is 65 cm or .65m
Tip: We do recommend that you repeat this 2-3 times to give you a more accurate average. Often the first time you'll tend to over exaggerate your steps as you are focusing on walking.

Treadmill Duty Horsepower– Somewhere in between peak and continuous. Treadmill duty measures the likely horsepower for an average user at an average speed over an average period of time. The figure you want to look at is the "continuous duty rating“.

Manual treadmills are generally less expensive than their motorized counterparts and because walking activates the treadmill and standing still will deactivate the treadmill, it is a safe option for seniors. This type of treadmill can get somewhat difficult to use though as the user’s stride needs to be consistent, and as the manual treadmill is powered by the user, fatigue can start to set in quite easily. It can be difficult to get the belt moving initially. That straining against the belt can stress your joints. With a manual treadmill, you go only as fast as you push yourself.
