    Unsatisfactory

    Very good product. I am satisfied with it's performance. But there are so many drawbacks. After using two months I am writing about this. When I received the item, it was not working after one month I got its replacement. Again problem arises of mapping issue. If you are using for single floor it's ok. For multiple floor it doesn't work. Showing error. Another great issue is it's service center located at Kolkata. No support, no spare parts and no service for this product . Till it is workin...

    Could be way better

    As a vaccum cleaner it works well but do not but if you are looking for a mopping alternative.
    Customer care services are not good. Product is quite good, remember not good in mopping.

    Mind-blowing purchase

    Age using for two weeks, the product is amazing and does everything it offered in its spec. Have to clean the dust box much more often than advertised and also has to clean the mop. Otherwise a great experience upto now.
