Product quality is good as it is 400TC . But one thing is that the bedsheet description says it is 275*275 cm which is totally wrong. This bedsheet dimension is actually around 225*230 cm. So if you want to buy this bedsheet then quality wise it is good & if you are looking for 9ft length bedsheet the please select another type , this is totally wrong dimension written in description. Thank you.

Very poor
This product, meant to be 275 by 275, was actually less than 225 by 225. The fabric is course enough to not reverb by 300 tc, much less 400 tc as advertised. This is just fraudulent selling, hoping that people won't notice.
