I thought initially it was knee cap had ordered in quick time. I had not analysed just checked out the ratings; saw the price is higher than other - assumed must be better than other competitor product sellers. To my surprise this is not a knee cap but yes we can definitely use it as knee supporter during your training. In fact this is better support provider than knee caps.
Hence I consulted my gym trainer and he gave the green signal ; And know i have been using it as a Knee cap 😁
