Fantastic Read! -The New Age of the Dark Graphic Novel

I'm glad Ram V moved away from Marketing as a career, and ending up writing Aghori. The story catches the reader by the scruff of the neck right from page 1 and carries him/her through a myriad of mystery, fantasy, lust, and of course, NON-STOP Dark ACTION!

Kinda reminds one of the Hellsing series but completely original. THe Artwork is a feast for the eyes and I read the book over 5 times on day 1, partly because of the story and partly because I wanted to revisit the artwork.

I completel...

Nice story

I really liked the story. Artwork was amazing though few patches remained, particularly when depicting a general scene of a city with people and all.

But overall, I still liked it and would surely buy the second in the series.

Keep it up fellows, we hope a lot from you!

Good Indian supernatural story

well if you are thinking that this book has only one story then you are absolutely wrong coz this book has nit only one but three stories built together pretty nicely the first story is the prologue which is purely awesome as it tells the origins of the protagonist Vira who he was and who he has become the second story is a detective story a good one with a simple twist personally i found the last story the weakest overall a good read, art is okay i know gaurav is a good artist but he can imp...

Less of occult, more of mundane!

When I had bought this comic, I had expected some spiritual insight of the Aghoris. I wanted to know of their powers and penances through the comic. But as a seeker of the occult, I was disappointed. There isn't any spiritual content or yoga in the comic. The story is mundane and worldly. As I believe through my reading of Robert Svaboda's Aghora, a real Aghori is one who avoids any worldly contact and remains withdrawn in the spiritual world. To resolve social evils and all that is totally ...

Gripping story, definitely a must read, but...

Flipkart delivered well before the suggest arrival date, best service beyond any doubt, the comic is very good, the story is just so gripping and just wonderful, however, I know the money I pay is far less and can never compensate for the creative work that was put in, in writing the book, but please ensure the quality of comics is at least decent, it is not just a comic but also sort of a collectible, the pages came apart, the binding came apart, even before I could finish reading the sheets...

impressed

really nice artwork. i did something similar for my college project and people pointed it out that it was like this new indian comic series. i loved the sadhu series by virgin comics, this reminded me of the same. i would have preferred an entirely black and black version though. will buy the rest.

The Dawn of Darkness!!!

I saw a teaser / prologue for Aghori in Ravanayan Issue 6 and was instantly intrigued by the concept! A superhero who goes after the supernatural creatures instead of your traditional run off the mill villains, wow! I had to see this and when I get my hands on the book I was simply blown away! It is a masterpiece!

First of all a huge salute to the creators for even imagining such a bold and different concept. I am sure the series will only get better with each book. The writing is dark and s...

Best Story Line and ArtWork that only True Artists can Match - Justice has been done! to the Book!

While I was at Comic con 2012 in Bengaluru, I just had to pickup my copy of Aghori 1 as it was the launch of it.

Having been a fan of the Ravanayan Series from Holy Cow Entertainment, I just had to grab my copy.

If you in the mood for some Amazing Adventure of Darkness and Modern Reality, then Aghori is for you.

A storyline that will send chills down your spins! Always keeping you engaged and enterained.

Looking forward to my next copy!

Great Job to Vivek Goel and Ram V + Holy Cow Enter...

Beyond Expectations.

After looking at the teasers and other promotional stuff of Aghori from Holy Cow Entertainment, I thought of this to be just another plain interesting comic book. But I was wrong! This is something totally out-of-this-world. Its not just interesting but the gritty, gory storyline enthralls you to read this book again and again.

The artwork is absolutely mind-blowing and the entire bloody and gory theme is so thrilling and scary that it actually sums up how EPIC this series is going to be. P...
