A:Yes, we have a nutritional analysis done on our Quinoa. 100g contains approximately 18g of protein. The per person serving spoon provided inside the pack serves 50g that equates to 9g of protein.

A:Zn and other micronutrients like Mg, Mn and Cu are present in Quinoa in trace quantities. Though these trace qty. provides enough for our RDI, we could not list all on the pack due to space constraint
