Good product
I bought this product from airtel m-shop (or airtel e-store) for Rs. 999 (inclusive of a postpaid sim card). Speed is good. The dongle UI is also good and has an integrated link to facebook and other airtel portals. The only con being, it gets disconnected after, say 2-3 hours of intermittent usage. N|but the good point being, it normally comes with 1 year warranty.

Another awesome data card from Huawei
Data card works pretty fine with any airtel sim. User interface is cool & easy to install. No heating issues noticed so far when used for prolonged time. I got peak speed of 5 mbps with this data card . To sum up ,satisfactory performance till now.

Dongle or donkey
My experience with this dongle is very bad, plz don't buy it .the speed is always less than 3 Mbps even in center of city . I verified the speed even in airtel showroom ,I was fooled by airtel showroom ,chennai , tnagar infinity ventures

Airtel 3G dosnot exist in kolkata
I bought Airtel 3G dongle when Airtel 3G is available in Kolkata.. Used about 2-3months and then speed drops to 20-30KBps from 300-500KBps... Called customer care and said about this.. They didnt respond and i decide to change the Airtel sim to Aircel 3G.. again problem faced that the dongle dont support any other sim rather than Airtel sim.. So it's useless to buy an airtel dongle.. airtel should make airtel 2g / 4g dongle.. the worst dongle as well as the airtel company.

Working as expected
Datacard is working as expected and im getting 4+ mbps in my area. I recommend this to everyone and last but not the least flipkart service is oustanding

Never buy Airtel
Airtel 3G speed is very low (Speeds abt 250kbps to 350 kbps). This is not the real 3G speed.
It's only a 7.2 Mbps dongle.
It's better to buy any other dongle.
I suggest u to buy Vodafone 21Mbps 3G modem. It's speed is 3 times better than airtel.
It's my personal experience.

Not bad!!
Got it delivered few days ago.
If you want the beter speed then buy a 3g Plan and change the network type to HSPA(call airtel on the no. which will be mentioned at the right bottom of airtel Dongle UI and they will guide you how to do this)
