Healthy and Tasty prawns Product - Dry Prawns Medium Size Sun dried * Nutrition - Rich in Protein, Vitamin E * Taste - Oczasional * Expiry - 4 to 6 months of delivery * Store - in Refrigerator * Use - Clean and prepare as per your favourite recipe * Speciality - Best quality and hygienic * Happy Healthy and Tasty Meal DRY PRAWNS RECIPE Ingedients- • Dry baby prawns – 1 cup • Finely chopped or minced ginger garlic – 1 tbsp • Finely chopped onion – 2 cup • Tomato finely chopped – 1 big • Oil – 2 tbsp • Finely chopped coriander leaves – ¼ cup • Red chilli pwdr – 11/2 OR 2 tsp or as per taste [ it has to be spicy ] • Turmeric pwdr – ¼ tsp • Salt to taste Procedure- 1) Trim off the unwanted parts of the dry prawns as shown in pic . 2) Dry roast the prawns in a pan for 1 or 2 mins . 3) Clean , wash ,rinse and soak in water for 10 mins till it puffs up . 4) Again wash it , drain off excess water and keep aside for use . 5) Heat oil in a pan . 6) Add ginger garlic and fry for few seconds. 7) Add onion and fry till light brown . 8) Add the soaked prawns and stir fry for 1 min . 9) Add chilli pwdr + turmeric + salt and mix well. 10) Add tomatoes + coridander
