Can long hair and mid length hair girls use the Curl Compact? Yes. The barrel is shorted by 3cms as compared to the 21cm barrel of a full-size professional curler. Girls with very long hair can also use the curler for end curls and waves. Barrel coating The large 34mm barrel is coated with Tourmaline + gold-ceramic. Tourmaline ensures that there is least amount of frizz in the hair after curling and the gold-ceramic coating helps in even heating of the barrel. This ensures zero hot-spots and cold-spots thus avoiding heat-induced damage to the hair.
