Rough and tough

Just brought these shoes from flipkart, lovely colour, n fit and feel , just keep in mind these are narrow shoes , that is they are a bit narrow in width but totally worth the money, I got this on 50 percent offf, so im happy I got a good deal.

I Had Buy this Shoes last week from Flipkart ans want to know how to maintain this shoes and which polish is best for Alberto Torresi boots

I had complained about some free items which were not received when the shoes were delivered. WS Retail contacted me and promised to deliver the free items. I am still awaiting these items. Can you please look into this
