Pros:
-Descent / perfect dimensions / size - Slim & light
-Screen quality is FHD and awesome, touch sensitive

This is the first time ever I'm writing a review on any mobile devices.
Before purchasing this I went through numerous reviews of this and other phones with similar or better hardware (read snapdragon chipsets) & watched lot of youtube video reviews of competitions. & even with some not so good to bad reivews on the flipkart & some other sites i decided to give it a try as there are more good reviews that bad ones & 2nd it suits my budget.

Awesome is all I can say ! after update of 4.4.2 ram usage is nearly rounded to 600 mb..
you will get every thing in this but...I could suggest sd card should be provided and instead of 2500mah like p780 4000mah battery if provided .

I have been using this for over a couple of months good ppi, decent performance and pretty decent OS customisation and surprisingly pretty decent battery life.

Only negative point I see is battery getting heated up when playing intensive games etc.

Using more that a month.. no hang/soft crash.. looks & design better than expected (dropped twice from hand.. everything works fine!!)

Used the mobile for 15 days. Product seems very good. Hardware is integrated quite well.

This phone, looks, and feels really great.
The power button lies on the top, takes a little getting used to, but not an issue.
The only problem i see with the phone is a slightly higher SAR rating, and low battery backup.

Screen is really awesome. Crisp. It is very sensitive, that it even works with gloves. (not perfectly though).

Camera is average.

Phone is really lightweight, and is very comfortable in the pocket.

Overall, happy with the purchase.

I was thinking of buying Moto G or Moto X. I found that Alcatel had started offering Alcatel Idol X+ from flipkart. I realised that the specifications were superior to Moto G. Hence I bought Alcatel Idol X+. It is a sheer delight to own one. The price is right and the product is brilliant.

Flipkart should specialise in offering such products as if the "The only Game in the Town" premise. This will attract customers like me.
