It is used to coagulate milk to separate the curds from the whey. Each sachet can be used for 4 liters of milk. Our vegetarian rennet is an enzyme preparation. It is a microbiological coagulant in the form of granules obtained from a selected strain of rhizmucor miehei mushrooms. Our product is suitable for all types of milks.
